Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you serve? +

We proudly serve Florida AHCA Region 9, which includes Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties. If you’re unsure whether we can help in your location, give us a call and we’ll confirm.

What type of services do you provide? +

We are a non-skilled home health agency, which means we do not provide medical or nursing services. Instead, we specialize in personal care, companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs).

Do you accept insurance or Medicare? +

At this time, we are private pay only. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance directly. Many clients use personal funds, long-term care insurance, or family contributions. We can provide documentation to help you seek reimbursement from your insurer if your policy allows.

How much does home care cost? +

Rates vary depending on the type of care, the number of hours per visit, and how often you need services. Every client’s needs are unique, so we offer a free in-home consultation to create a custom care plan and quote.

Is there a minimum number of hours per visit? +

Yes, our minimum is 4 hours per visit to ensure consistent, quality care for every client.

How do you choose and screen caregivers? +

Every caregiver is Level 2 background screened (as required by Florida law), trained in personal care and emergency procedures, reference-checked, and matched to clients based on skills, personality, and preferences.

Can you provide care for someone with Alzheimer’s or dementia? +

Yes. Our caregivers are trained in basic Alzheimer’s and dementia care to help ensure safety, reduce anxiety, and engage clients in meaningful activities.

How quickly can services start? +

In most cases, services can start within 48–72 hours of your initial consultation—sometimes sooner if urgent support is needed.

What if my caregiver can’t make it? +

If a caregiver is sick or unavailable, we arrange a replacement caregiver so your loved one’s care is not interrupted. You will be notified immediately of any schedule changes.

Can I change or cancel my schedule? +

Absolutely. We understand that needs change. You can adjust your schedule with proper notice without penalty.

Do you require a contract? +

No long-term contract is required. We work with you on a flexible service agreement that can be adjusted or ended with proper notice.

How do I get started? +

Call us or fill out our contact form online to schedule your free in-home consultation. We’ll create a custom care plan and match you with the right caregiver. Services can begin as soon as you’re ready.
